Ethics and transparency are one of the pillars of our relations with all our stakeholders and with society. For this reason, we provide you with this channel through which you can report situations you feel are inappropriate, anonymously or not, without fear of retaliation. 

In this channel can be reported:

• Those actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of EU law in accordance with Directive 2019/1937 of 23 October on the protection of persons reporting breaches of EU law.
• Potentially irregular activities and conduct, that may involve a breach of the Code of Conduct and corporate policies.
• Commission of a criminal offense contained in the Criminal Code, as well as any conduct that entails administrative offenses for the company (discrimination, theft and/or aggression in the workplace... among others).
• Any violation of Data Protection Rights
• Any violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Wage and Hour Division (WHD).
